Collection Tracker
Know what you own.
Keep the details that a list leaves out.

MORE THAN A CARD LIST
The details stay with the holding.
Track the card you actually own
Record English and Japanese cards, raw variants and supported graded positions. Keep the language, printing and grader/grade distinction rather than treating every copy as equivalent.
Remember what went into it
Add quantities, cost per card, purchase dates and notes. Separate acquisition lots let you retain the details of purchases made at different times or costs.
See value alongside cost
Portfolio brings available market-linked values together with cost basis and gain/loss views. Pricing coverage is visible; a missing reference is not a guaranteed valuation.
COLLECTIONS CHANGE
Keep the record
when cards move on.
A collection tracker should help with what happens after the purchase, too. PokeSplain keeps active holdings and ownership history in the same product.
Start tracking your collection ↗Tracking and changes happen only inside your authenticated Portfolio.
- 01
Update a holding
Edit supported holding details as your records improve. Review quantities and acquisition information without maintaining a separate public spreadsheet.
- 02
Record a partial or full sale
Select the acquisition lot and quantity sold. Record the sale price and date, with optional fees and selling costs. Unsold quantity stays with its original lot.
- 03
Keep sold and removed history
Sold and removed lots remain in ownership history. A sale and a removal are different actions; a removal is not presented as sale proceeds.
RESEARCH BEFORE AND AFTER YOU ADD
Collection tracking meets Card Intelligence.
Open a holding’s card to investigate available market context. Portfolio totals organize your collection; exact-card research helps you understand the reference behind a position. Access and data coverage vary.
BEFORE YOU START
Collection tracking, explained
Is this a collection tracker or a portfolio tracker?
Both describe the same PokeSplain Portfolio product. It combines a record of your holdings with acquisition costs and available market-linked valuation. You do not need separate collection, portfolio and value-tracking tools.
Can I use a tracker without creating an account?
This page is a public product showcase. Actual holdings, calculations, edits and sales stay in your account. You can use our public card-research pages before signing up.
Can I track Japanese and graded Pokémon cards?
The Portfolio supports English and Japanese card records, raw variants and supported graded positions. Select the exact card and variant. Support for a holding does not guarantee that every position has a current market reference.
Does collection value equal what I would receive if I sold?
No. Available market references are not guaranteed proceeds. Condition, exact printing, fees, shipping and buyer demand can affect a sale. Unrealized changes are distinct from recorded sale results.
Can I sell only part of a holding?
The lot-based sale workflow lets you select a quantity from a specific acquisition lot. You can also record a full sale or a removal, while keeping the ownership record.
Which plan do I need?
Account access is required. Check the Free tools and BASIC alert allowance for available features and limits. Research and collection tools are Free at launch. Free includes 3 active BASIC price alerts.
